Geoffrey Larmer

Lawyer

Geoffrey is a client’s lawyer. He greets you with a smile and a kind word. Geoffrey was born and raised in North Bay and has spent more than 25 years representing the injured, disabled and disadvantaged in North Bay and across Northern Ontario.

Geoffrey is a unique thinker, a strategist and a problem solver. Never loud or big on self-promotion, he calmly goes about his clients’ business with quiet confidence and respect. He is a graduate of Western University and he holds degrees in Medical Biophysics and Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing and he was called to the Bar in 1993. He is a current member of the Nipissing Law Association and a former Director of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. Geoffrey is the senior member of our litigation team. He handles all aspects of litigation and has argued cases before specialized tribunals and in every level of court in the Province, including the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Geoffrey lives in the hamlet of Corbeil, on the south shore of Trout Lake, along the historic trade route of the Coureurs des Bois, with his loving partner, Angela, and their two aloof waterdogs, Juno and Emmett. He enjoys skim milk cappuccinos, watching action movies and reading Calvin & Hobbes.
